Swinging from rude energy to crystalline austerity, Kürbis' Cutting Edge debut presents three recent ensemble scores by co-founder James Weeks, including the premiere of The Lewisham Harmony, the latest in his acclaimed South London Harmonies series. Christopher Fox contributes a major new cycle of works for piano trio and soprano (Juliet Fraser) entitled Too Far, and there are exquisite solo miniatures from Claudia Molitor and John Habron.
